Pasta Salad

Featuring Newman’s Own® Caesar Dressing

Makes 4 servings


375g fusilli (spiral) pasta
6 tbsp Newman’s Own Creamy Caesar Dressing
Handful firmly packed fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
100g thinly sliced, drained sun-dried tomatoes
150g drained marinated artichoke hearts, roughly chopped
A few stems of finely chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves


1. Cook pasta in large pot of boiling water until tender. Drain, then transfer to large bowl.

2. Add 4 tbsp Newman’s Own Creamy Caesar Dressing to hot pasta and toss to coat. Cool, stirring occasionally.

3. Add basil, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, artichokes and parsley and stir to combine.

4. Just before serving add remaining dressing and toss to coat.

5. Serving suggestion: Add fresh vegetables such as halved cherry tomatoes, cooked asparagus or rocket.
