Makes 4-6 servings
8 cups (2 l) spinach leaves
2 cups (475 ml) sliced strawberries
1 cup (240 ml) orange segments
1 cup feta cheese
1 cup (250 ml) Newman’s Own Balsamic Dressing*
1/2 tsp (5 ml) pepper
1. Place spinach, strawberries, orange segments and crumbled feta cheese in large bowl.
2. Toss with balsamic vinaigrette and pepper. Serve immediately.
* Newman's Own Light Balsamic Dressing can be used as well
